We'd like to announce some important changes to our support
policy for Towmark III to bring licensing, and support more in line
with usual software industry practices. Please read these changes
carefully. They are effective January 1, 2006.
Updates to Towmark III will continue to be free, and if available,
will be on the website at www.towmark.com. If you prefer, you may
contact us by phone for an update disc. Update discs or any replacement
media is available for a small service fee of $17.50 plus applicable
shipping and handling fees.
Telephone Support for Towmark III will be available on an annual
contract at $91.95 for 12 months, or per incident for $39.00. We
no longer offer free telephone support after the initial sixty day
new purchase period. Telephone support is available Monday to Friday,
9AM to 5PM, Eastern Time. Please note we can only answer computer
questions as they relate to the operation of Towmark III or our
other software products.
