| Invoicing And Statements |
| Whether you are creating a professional invoice for an individual
customer or preparing a lengthy statement for an auto club or a commercial
account, this software will print the document from the tow tickets
you already entered — no additional work is required. Statements are
formatted to fit in a window envelope ready to mail. Storage, Mileage
and Late Fee calculators are also provided for your use. |

| Impounds |
| |
| The program automatically increases the amount of storage
on each impound every day, so the total on the ticket is always correct.
The program automatically tells you every day which cars need a first
notice, a second notice, which cars need to be advertized, and which
cars are ready for auction. The program prints letters to owners and
lienholders. We provide a selection of letters that you can use, change,
or make into your own templates for future use. Police department
information appears on the screen and release forms show who authorized
the tow, who authorized the release, and the identification presented
by the owner to reclaim the vehicle. |

| Finding Vehicles |
| |
| Even if you know almost nothing about the car you want to find,
this program will find it in your records. Cars can be located by
make, model, VIN, license, or even by color, age or generally where
you towed it to or from. Almost every entry field on the tow ticket
can be used to create such a search. |

| Truck Maintenance |
| |
| The program records fuel and repair expenses, and tells
you how much per mile it is costing you to operate the vehicle, and
how much you should be charging per mile to recover your investment
in that truck. It automatically reminds you, every time you turn the
program on, when maintenance is due, tags are expiring, or other work
needs to be done on each truck. If you ever have to prepare for a
DOT audit or if you are asked to produce maintenance records on a
particular truck, the computer will give you a typed maintenance log
between any two dates |

| None - the Towmark III software arrives ready to run, you should
be operating within the hour even without reading the instruction
manual. All of the screens are fill-in-the-blank. |

| Driver
Commissions |
| |
| Towmark III will allow you to select which charges (towing, mileage,
or 8 other charges) qualify for commission payment to a driver, and
the calculation can be on a percent basis, a flat rate basis, or a
combination of both. Commissions can be different for each driver
or each type of service call, and can even be restricted to jobs performed
after 5:00 or on a holiday. The program also records advances paid
to a driver, and deducts them from commissions due. |
